Bookkeeping on iPhone, iPad and Mac: Best Bookkeeping App

Answer in brief

Connect Conecto to Claude once, and the same books answer from the iPhone and iPad app, the Mac app and the web.

The apps

Claude's app runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, and its desktop app runs on Mac and Windows.¹² Custom connectors work in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Cowork and the mobile apps.³

Connect once

Add https://api.conecto.chat/v1/mcp as a connector in Claude and tick Bookkeeping when you sign in. It signs in with OAuth and runs on a key the owner can revoke.⁴ Claude reaches the server from Anthropic's cloud, so every device sees the same books.³

What to do from the phone

Send a photo of a receipt, and Claude reads it and books the expense.¹⁴ Ask for this month's profit and loss or the cash ahead between jobs. Reports and reading are free.⁴
